This condensed biblically based program covers 5 chapters from the original John Maxwell book designed to assist in changing your attitude to life’s challenges, identifying your personal and professional priorities, seeking out growth opportunities, and developing your relationships with God and with others. The Daily Devotions pages provide scriptures to reflect on between sessions to transform your life.

Most leadership development focuses on management techniques, and building competencies, skills, and tactics, but they fail to focus on the most important part of leadership—the leader and his or her character, integrity, and emotional intelligence. This is about living with character and not being a character in life.
